The Founding Principles of the Platform

Platforms become what they reward. The Cece's Kitchn Constitution exists to ensure that creators, cooks, and communities always remain at the center of every decision we make.

This document serves as the highest guiding framework of the platform. Every algorithm, feature, AI system, moderation action, monetization tool, partnership, and policy should be measured against these principles. These are not marketing promises. These are the rights we believe every creator deserves.

Preamble

We the creators, cooks, and stewards of Cece's Kitchn — in order to preserve culinary traditions, protect creative ownership, and build a community that actually cooks — establish this Constitution as the highest law of the platform.

Ten rights that govern how we build, what we reward, and what we refuse to compromise on.

Creators retain ownership of their original recipes, photos, videos, and content.

Creators control whether their content participates in AI learning systems. AI participation must always be transparent and permission-based.

Creators should never be trapped inside the platform. Portable content and data are a core principle.

The Right to Freedom of Belief & Expression

Creators may express lawful opinions, values, traditions, beliefs, and viewpoints without fear of platform discrimination. Content is evaluated according to published rules, not ideological agreement.

The Right to Platform Independence

Lawful content should not be removed solely because corporations, advertisers, sponsors, public figures, governments, or outside organizations dislike it. Platform decisions should be guided by principles rather than external pressure.
