Required information
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its URL.
- Your full legal name, address, phone, and email.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Once received, we share it with the original complainant; if they don't file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringer policy
Accounts with repeated, substantiated infringement reports are suspended and, when appropriate, terminated.
Good faith requirement
Notices and counter-notices must be filed in good faith. Knowingly false statements can result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Abuse prevention
We review every notice for completeness and obvious abuse before acting. Repeated abusive filings may result in your account being restricted from filing future notices.

- Initial acknowledgment: within 2 business days.
- Action on valid notices: within 5 business days.
- Counter-notice review: within 5 business days of receipt.
